My parents never got upset because 40's music disappeared from radio. When you worked in radio in the 70's did you ever play many songs from the 40's? Probably not. That being said I love 60's music but realize it's time to move forward. The sad part is that there'll never be any nostalgia for any decade beyond the 80's. There's no passion for 90's music.
