Subject: Algonquin Trip Comments

Many thanks go to Greg for knowing the park as well as he did and for patiently checking out the different habitats along route 60. We did indeed find the birds that we were looking for (although it took Sunday morning to finally find the last two). Plus, it was "skill" knowing when would be just the right time to return to camp on Sunday (right Greg?). Thanks also should go to the eagle-eye spotters in the second car for seeing the spruce grouse and merlin. We both enjoyed the trip very much and are looking forward to our next field trip experience! Plus, Greg did his usual superb job in planning and leading the group.
