Amazing how things change by the hour. I was along Bayshore road yesterday morning from about 9:30-11:15am with Becky Cullen and Steve McNamee yesterday.

We saw 0 Horned grebes, and 0 Whistling swans. We did see some Greater scaup, as well as a lone drake Pintail.

As well as Killdeer moving, there were hawks moving as well, including a handful of Turkey vultures. Horned larks were in constant evidence overhead.

Further east at the Magee marsh boardwalk, Rusty blackbirds were around.

For a full update on spring migration, as well as a real doozie turned up just north of my house yesterday afternoon, call the NW Ohio RBA at 419-877-9640.
