Better yet, start two weeks earlier and add an 11th game with a bye. A bye is more important now than ever with the playoffs. Ivy league will be at a disadvantage playing eleven plus straight weeks.

Dartmouth has long been thought to have among the worst football facilities in the Ivy. But that was simply another way of saying that Memorial Field didn't compare favorably to the Yale Bowl, Franklin Field, Harvard Stadium, Palmer Field/Princeton Stadium, and others.

I've always countered that there is more to facilities than just the stadium. Dartmouth's old practice fields were absolutely awesome with the Upper Valley mountains in the background. During peak foliage, it was such a treat to practice there...
