But that was simply another way of saying that Memorial Field didn't compare favorably to the Yale Bowl, Franklin Field, Harvard Stadium, Palmer Field/Princeton Stadium, and others. I've always countered that there is more to facilities than just the stadium. Dartmouth's old practice fields were absolutely awesome with the Upper Valley mountains in the background.
