After watching today's show (Friday) I'm a bummed Roger fan. Not because of Peg or losing the baby, etc. which is another story but how Paul is written to be the loser ALWAYS. I know that's the nature of the beast and this has NOTHING to do with the woman Paul is with, I just feel like Paul is the Charlie Brown of ATWT, someone's always yanking away that football.
I hated that Craig got to say all the right things to Paul and wished for ONCE Paul got a win over Craig. Hell, at the end of the episode they gave Craig the moment of softness over Meg's distress while Paul is sitting off in the waiting room.
Don't get me wrong Roger knocked it out of the park in his reaction. When Craig was hammering home his thoughts to Meg, Roger played it perfectly, you could read on his face Paul knew he was right but yet see his rage building all the time with his head buried behind Meg, it was a perfect acting reaction.
They gave Craig the upper hand speech to Paul before he went over the cliff about Paul not being able to protect his women.
But DAMN IT, I want Paul to have all the right things to say for a change. The writers seldom give him that opportunity.
