Subject: .....And I will bring up the nut-job - who, mind you, has NO PLACE in the land of Oakdale at all!!! WTH is she doing in Paul's office???? GAG ME.....She isn't stupid - no more than any other criminally insane person is - but she was VERY idiotic in her little drugging of Chris thing this week. She just makes me wanna puke the whole time she is on my TV. Can't relate to your sentiments about 'nuke' - Don't care for them, or their story. I watch for Roger's Paul. I do love his story with Meg, but this constant round and around has to change. I too, am tired of that. However - I do not for one second believe that Paul's story with Meg has fizzled out - not yet anyway.
In reply to: TK 's message, "HAHAHA!! Rant away, MissBecks! It has been a long time since soaps relied on more character driven stories, rather than plot driven stories. Folks don't seem to be happy with the slower moving character stories, anymore. I know I loved them and would love to see their return to my screen. I am from a more patient era of soap-watching, and mostly I don't get the online dissatisfaction with stories that take their time, and definitely have a payoff. It's just not how things are done anymore. I know the show is dealing with a lot of changes in cast and writers, and I do feel for those who try to write cohesively with all that swirls around them." on 22:01:41 03/11/08 Tue
