Yes, I think Paul and Meg have more than paid for their parts in the baby switch, and Tat, you're right....happy characters equals back-burner, so if I only get happy moments for Peg every so often, it's okay....at least they're still on my screen. i just really wish the writers would give us more motivation for some of Meg's actions. I know that Paul hit the nail on the head when she was leaving the cabin that day about her being afraid, but I'd like to hear some of Meg's private thoughts so I'd understand her better. Unfortunately, neither of them has that teflon coating that other characters seem to have (cough...emily...cough) and they seem to be The Unforgiven ... it's a shame. But you know what cheers me up? In Soap, happy characters are generally backburnered characters and I adore RH's portrayal of Paul and am a big fan of MWil and how she handles Meg. So, while Peace would be satisfying ... I wish we had a more obvious window into Meg's thoughts too, Miss Becks. Remember the old days of Soap when characters practically spoke to the camera? Hee! But of course, all the new, hip young viewers crapped on that ... so another soap staple gone.
I gotta say though, that Fridays dialogue cleared up a lot of stuff. In any case ... I'm pretty sure I have a handle on Meg ... but it would be nice to see her voicing what I think. GRIN! (NT) -- tat, 05:06:17 10/22/07 Mon
