Steve, thanks to Joe's updated post I can now answer this for you defintively. Somehow I had confused her with someone else in fact. Now I see who you mean by the first girl that Robbie gives a birthday cake to. That's his girlfriend Elyse Haines as played by the late Brenda Benet.
I saw the photo of Susie Coelho on her website and can see the immediate similarity. As stated in my above post on this thread, Benet suicided in 1982 (for more information on that check the trivia notes for the Season 10 episode, "Double Jealousy" on my website). Hope that helps.
