Over at Set Sail the Dashews (of Deerfoot fame) have some numbers on why there new power boat is cheaper to run that their previous sailboat.

I'm not buying their logic but it is interesting to follow their thought process though it would be a lot more helpful if they were to include the rig related costs on their last Deerfoot for comparison...

Still seems at best this is sort of comparing apples to bananas.
