I find myself on the "wrong" side of a lot of popular issues, so I'm getting comfortable with the idea that I'm "out there".
I don't mind the banks tanking and rich people being a little inconvenienced. They'll have their government take back any money they've lost from the rest of us, so they won't really be too put out,but I still don't mind watching it.
I also think expensive oil is a good thing. The biggest down side I see is renewed interest in nuclear power. I don't like traffic jams because US public transport systems are atrocious. I don't like the planet becoming less hospitable because we keep burning stuff to support our colective laziness and greed.
I'm clearly selfish and greedy. I want the whole world. I'm angry about people destroying it wastefully.
