I saw a Westerly 29 the other day and really liked it, so that would be my choice. I'm assumed all these on your list are "low-cost", the Westerly included. I say that because I noticed on Yachtworld that most Westerly 29's are not cheap.

I like the Yankee, and if its not too small, that could be a winner. You are not paying for much in the way of an engine and sound like it is n good shape.

Tons of information out there on Tritions. You probably can't go wrong here, but they are getting pretty old as Jay mentioned.

I also like the Ericson and Morgan 27's. Catalina, Hunter and Newport would be at the bottom of my list.

Also, you might look at a small catamaran if that appeals to you. A Tiki 26 or Pahi 26 (both Wharrams) would be good but maybe hard to find.
