Subject: Fillin' the hole...left by the prop shaft

Just pulled the old 375lb 10hp Volvo from my Southern Cross 28. Seeing all that space and all the cleanliness (after I scrubbed up the diesel mess) there's no way a powerplant is going back in.

But what do I do with the prop shaft tube? Fiberglass it up? Fix a seacock and run a line above the water line in case I decided to blow bubbles out my boat's aft again?
