Hi Mark,

I could live with that too, but it will only work on the WMA's that have manned check stations. I don't think the FWC has the funds to put manned check stations on all WMA's.

The more I think about it, the more I like it. I would think that the most gaming goes on for the best WMA's. Those are the one's that would most likely have manned checked stations. This may not eliminate gaming but it may bring it under control enough to make most hunters happy.

The only problem is the FWC is not going to allow that kind of doe harvest on most WMA's. I would still support this without the one doe on high demand areas, in order for the hunters that want to keep transferable permits.
