Hey CK!
Great post! I really respect Larry Brown. I know everyone is a little upset with his decision. I guess we all thought he'd be our coach for years to come. The best thing about the new situation is that we don't have to worry about the coach getting cold feet about the team. Anyway, I believe he is the best in the world at taking an average bunch of players and making them a top 5 NBA team. To be honest, if I was Charlotte, I would be trying to get him for the expansion team next year. I believe he could help put them on the map very quickly. I believe there are some teams in the east that have some pieces for a championship that need developing. I believe Detriot and Philadelphia top those lists. They are the closest teams I have seen that just need some time and confidence. I don't cound NJ because they are pretty much already there. I also like the way the Magic are shaping up for this year. Eventually, a year or three down the road, look out for Cleveland. Talk about a young team stacked with talent. Anyway, the point is... I will miss Larry Brown. He was probably one of the better coaches we ever had if not the best and he did take an average team and get them to the finals. I am on fan who appreciated everything he did for this team.
