Subject: July 18th show reviews (if you can't tell there are spoilers....)

What a let down. The least entertaining hour of WL in months. The first show was average, but it was all downhill from there.

First show:

# Of Words has always been a fun game. No exception here.

Infomercial was hella fun. It could've gone on longer, I think.

Song Styles, as much as I love special guests, was a nice piece of nostalgia. An audience member comes up for the first time in a while. This was Wayne's best performance all this season in my opinion. Amazing. In the post-game banter, that's when it hit me that Drew really was making an effort to make the points actually matter. That was really cool!

SFAH was aiight. Kathy had amazing suggestions.

NF was boring. It wasn't particularly impressive.

WW was disgusting. Yet a LITTLE funny. Despite the overused lines.

Second show:

Superheroes made it to air with all those product references?? Jesus. Brad really stuck it to 'em too! Ryan had me on the floor.

Sound Effects has long worn out its welcome with me. This game sparked the most annoying running gag in the entire series.

Title Sequence didn't have a very strong suggestion.

IYKWIM was less entertaining that usual.

Film Dub really impressed me. I loved the song.

The worst SFAH ever played. Decidedly so. Not a laugh to be had. So much of the "ooooh" which wasn't even funny in the first place. From this game, we see that Colin ripped off an old Ryan line in the previous show's World's Worst.

Hoedown was average.

The first show was average. The second show was one of the worst of the US version. If there is a list of the worst US shows, I will see to it this makes the top 5. I disliked it THAT much.
