 The comparrison with Acker wasn't so much for you but for those who want to profess Julian to be a point guard instead of a wing.A point guard is more than someone who can handle the ball and so the comparrison was to a true point that HF will most likely play in sectionals.As a point there is no comparrison between a true point and a wing that can handle.One one point I will disagree with you ,when you state maurice doesn't have the same effect on a game that julian does.In fact Hillcrest will only be as good as Acker plays because of the importance of a good point guard in setting up the other players.HF is probably more of an individually talented team while Hillcrest has more role players with only one real stand out offensive threat in McNeal and thus the need for Acker to really se them up and make them more productive with floor leadership.SO to make a long story short I think Acker has more effect because if he doesn't play well niether does Hillcrest.On the other hand HF has hown the ability to succeed without Julian.Julian may bring more highlights but Acker is much more crucial to his teams success.
