A frown contorts her features, those eyes no longer the lovey dovey-ness of before.. Her lips purse as her eyes look over his features, her head shaking a little bit before she looks away. Her tone had converted from that bite to a slight murmur, though angry to say the least, "The circumstances in which I got shipped off were.. not nice. I was shipped off to Kentucky at the age of sixteen when my 'rents found out I was pregnant with the quarterback of the football team's kid. I was sent to live with some long lost aunt who hated me because of what I'd done. When I had the kid I put it up for adoption with a family that I'd met beforehand -- really nice people by the way.. So, when I get a little bit bitchy when talking about my past, jus' ignore me.." She moistens her lips, swallowing a bit, she'd never tell anyone how much losing her daughter had been for her -- she'd cut off her nose before doing such a thing as that.
