Subject: He grinned a little bit at her enthusiasm - he had to admit, it was kinda catching, the sparkle in her eye, the tone of her voice - was encouraging him to get a little excited about Christmas as well. "I am so the king... so we'll do dinner, and presents and a Christmas tree and everything?" A real honest to goodness Christmas, and it would be fun, no doubt, as well. "Dekker will enjoy the extra company too - we'll do it at mine?" His apartment, modest as it was, was still cozy and homey and inviting.

  • "Of course. Do you have a tree already? If not, we can go pick one out." She pointed out with a small grin, head tipped back a little as she gazed up at him. Her fingers slipping into the pockets of her pants, she took a small step back and then gestured with her head for him to walk with her - there was so much to do over the next couple days. They didn't have time to just stand around, but her walk was a slow stroll - it was chilly out there, but a clear, beautiful night and she had trouble hurrying to go anywhere or do anything. Besides, it was so late that nothing would be open then anyway - so it wasn't like they could do any preparing until morning. (NT) -- Bry, 22:20:53 12/28/04 Tue
