There is no right of way in the deeds, but we've never had any issue with people walking through. Someone needs to investigate, prescriptive easements to right of way, with the Land Registry. Does anyone have contact with the Ramblers Association, as they would have knowledge in these matters. An online petition may help, if it goes to council level. The building plans show a paved route to roughly where the gap is, all the builder has to do is leave the gap in line with the path. At this time the builder does NOT intend to leave a gap.
