Subject: Road Trip Kansas back to Houston: well I had Dorothy in tow with me coming back, the only word she knew was Jimbeaux, the whole trip she had her head stuck out the window hollering Jimbeaux. I was exhausted while she was doing that and ran off an embankment in Purcell Oklahoma, got control of the rice burner thank God the rubber band did not break on the motor. Then I got the urge for IHOP, stopped off in Edmond Oklahoma the sign said IHOP to the right, well I drove for about 25 miles and never saw it, still had the munchies for IHOP or Waffle House, got back on 35 south and made it into Oklahoma City saw the IHOP sign and made it 4 lanes over to get the exit...
In reply to: Jimbeaux 's message, "OK, this is just too weird not to share. I was driving north on I-135 this afternoon coming back from Wichita Falls, Texas. I am about to pass McPherson and I am watching south-bound traffic. Lo and behold,...I see a long neck and a little tiny head sticking out the passenger window of this little brownish Nissan heading south! I am really curious now and look closer.... IT"S NICK!!! Stealing Dorothy!!!! By the time I got to an exit and got headed south-bound to rescue my dear Dorothy..they were long gone. I don't know how Nick is going to introduce "the other woman", but I'm sure we will hear in the morning. THIS IS A TRUE STORY!!!" on Friday, August 01, 08:52:19pm

They knew I was from Houston...LOL, got over to this IHOP and all the doors were opened, could taste the tuity fruity pan cakes got to the door and they had just had a kitchen fire and they were closed, was trying to make a combined stop since I had gas the car did not (Bobby pull my fanger). Well found some gas for the car at 3.49 a gallon oh yes gas is cheaper up there than down here.

Anyway I passed all kinds of IHOPS and Waffle houses on the way down here, it was frustrating when I was not looking for them they were ready available.

Dorothy had more gas than I did and each time she ripped one she would say....JIMBEAUX!....

Kept the radio blasting on Christian Rock CD's to keep me awake. Left McPherson Kansas at 4:45 pm Friday and pulled in the driveway at 2:30 am saturday.

I did think about Malibu Jay while speeding, I mean driving through Oklahoma (hope the baby and Momma are doing okay).

Thought about Bobby when I saw all the Casino's in Oklahoma, could see him spitting I mean blowing on them dice on the dice tables..LOL

Dana parts of Oklahoma kind of reminds me of Katy (without hills...LOL).

It is difficult working out of town and time is very limited when I do get home, try to make the time count and get as many things done, fixed or repaired because got to load up and head North again.

Kansas is great especially north of Hutchinson you turn the clock back 30 years, no idiot drivers, everyone respects each other, the air is cleaner and there ain't no humidity.
