In every town in every Barony across the widespread lands of Glass, the young satyr woman finds the most public spot and stands stiff-backed, releasing her long scroll to make her announcement.

Her long black hair hangs to her backside, tied at the last few inches with a bright red ribbon. Her rank coat reminds of the British armies of the Revolutionary War. Though the girl is no taller than fifteen hands, her voice is rich, expertly rolled. It echoes through the alleys and doorways of the gathered villages of the County.

+++GATHERED FAE OF GLASS, THOSE LOYAL TO THE BANNER OF COUNTESS CEDOLINE THEODELARA BELTHIL NI FIONA, BODY AND SPIRIT OF OUR LANDS OF GLASS.+++

Have it be known that our Countess, Fair and Just, will be leaving her lands for a time in the hands of her brother, our Wise Chancellor, Lord Eusidean Belthil ap Fiona, so that she may attend at Duke Cyric Fleming ap Eiluned's request a Council of Inwe Waters.

Those within the Baronies sworn loyal to Countess Cedoline shall carry on in her absence as if nothing has changed; by the Countess's request we shall not fail to uphold the laws and stories of our people as we always have. It is her Excellency's message to you, that she will return with any haste allowed her and in steadfast loyalty to the people of Glass.

So commanded by Countess Cedoline Belthil ni Fiona, so carried by Dame Jinn Mare'ah, Herald to the Court of Glass

Having delivered her message, she will nail the scroll to the nearest post, and be on her way.
