Ikari paused, his head tilting to one side as he nodded faintly. "Yes... indeed, companions. After all... these are dangerous places to travel in, friend. Shall we return to the village down the road, perhaps... find something to eat?"

The satyr let the hood obscure his shifted face again and glanced down the road, straining his old eyes in order to try and discern what had drawn on the Chi of the area. Under the robe, his hand tightened on the hilt of the katana, the nagging worry in his mind that something was definetely wrong about his 'companion' and that there would be trouble soon.

All at once his mind found calm, almost reveling in the adrenaline pumping through his viens as he idly attempted to recall the last time he had felt this way - and then paused, knowing that to puruse that path in his mind would ruin the elation and excitement he felt at that moment.
