Believe it or not, my 21 yo came over and found a program on-line that diagnosed my problem and then fixed it! He told me that the problem was with Windows, and the downloaded program fixes Windows errors. Gawd, I WISH I was 25% as PC savvy as these kids of mine! -- The HarmyBoard HarmDrive

Also, you may be running stuff in the background that you don't realize. What operating system are you using?
