I wanted to go in my yahoo mails, but it didn't recognized me 2 times, the 3rd have been the charm

I did a scan for virus, voil� what appeared as results :

File : shell32.dll

Result/Infection : change

Path : c:/ windows/system32/shell32.dll

for the / I know I don't know how to put in the right way in this post

I've nobody at home to explain me or to help me, so I would be very grateful if someone could do something in the hope I better understand.
