(something’s up)

Buffy walks away and leaves them standing

Nancy looks around waiting patiently for Xander. He’s sat in the car on the opposite side of the street, watching her.

Dawn enters itching her arms through her sweater

Dawn peels off her sweater to reveal her arm covered in three band aids, a rough rash covering the rest of the skin

Dawn resists, so Buffy grabs the arm and holds it out

Willow walks out and rushes up the stairs and into Spike’s and Buffy’s room.

Buffy’s just examined Dawn’s arms…it’s bad

WILLOW

Daisy steps out from behind the tree

Buffy looks up from the bushes
DAISY
Guess what I can feel now?
Vi frowns as Daisy looks up in shock, she has an arrow through her chest as she dissolves

Mom always said you didn’t know when to stop talking
BUFFY

BUFFY

Buffy hands Vi the scythe

INT – SUMMERS HOUSE – NIGHT
Willow is reading over the blood test results she doesn’t look happy. Kennedy enters and sits down in Willow’s light
WILLOW
Kennedy you’re in my light
KENNEDY

WILLOW

Kennedy moves quietly
KENNEDY
Buffy doesn’t like me does she?
WILLOW
Not now sweetie
KENNEDY
Right, scooby stuff
Willow ignores her
KENNEDY
Why do you keep ignoring me? I’m trying to tell you something and it’s like it doesn’t matter
WILLOW
(Stressed)

Kennedy is obviously taken back
WILLOW

Willow runs down the stairs after her. Kennedy crashes into Buffy who is coming through the door. Buffy stops Willow following

Where’s Spike?
TEN MINUTES LATER
Giles, Spike and Willow are sat in front of Buffy as she paces the floor
BUFFY
Why are you doing this?
GILES

BUFFY
(crying and worked up)
No! No it is NOT true! You’re making this up
SPIKE

BUFFY
Don’t touch me! God what is with you people…this is sick
WILLOW
Buffy I know, it’s wrong and it shouldn’t happen but…
BUFFY
It won’t happen! I won’t let it even if I have to die again
GILES
Buffy that’s not possible, it’s not about the blood
BUFFY
No, no it’s not about the blood it’s about all of you lying to me and doing things behind my back it’s about my sister!
Dawn is walking down the stairs, her arms now wrapped in bandages, she stops at the mention of her name
BUFFY
It’s about you telling me that she’s about to die!
