If they ask you why you haven't been paying, say you are unhappy with the way they are running their business and say you wish to terminate. Then write them a formal letter declaring your intention. You can get a lawyer to do it for you, but fees range from $500. Most importantly, don't let ERI intimidate you into further payment to upgrade plan or anything in order for them to sell off membership for you.
