Another thing that strikes me quite often about people from other countries who tell us how to run ours, is how little they understand Americans and the American legal system.

I could go on about the oppression of the Irish people by the British, and their right to violently oppose that oppression - but I won't because I don't understand it well enough.

Cheap emotionally/ethically? Or cheap monetarily?
