The poll put the Liberals at 12%, which is very close to their hardrock base of support. There is no way the SaskParty can pick up anything beyond 3-4 points from there -- which may or may not give them the momentum to get over the top. Also, the dynamics have changed in the past couple of years. I think the NDP could actually have as good a chance at some of the Liberal vote as the SaskParty.
