I think your entirely correct Warwick. It would serve them no purpose in accepting the Sphinx as a 4th dynasty monument. So they will fudge, distort and play any number of games to maintain thier ridiculous stance. Jaws, spits forth much clap-trap. One must always question their motives, in my opinion, there agenda is not in interests of Archeaology, Science nor factual history.
