Brenda, I don't know if this was done intentionally or not. GW hasn't been warned in any way that they've done anything to offend anyone, but at their normal server they can no longer access this website. Would you please check to see if this isn't some kind of technological glitch and mail ghostwrite at metronome2006@yahoo.com. If he has offended someone, please tell him what he's done to be deserving of being banned without explanation. He just gets a restricted access, permission to access forum denied by administrator message trying to access this web page. He posted information under the name ghostwriter about a new family oriented forum and I see that his post has been taken down. Right after posting the note someone spamed his forum with an obscene message that has since been removed. Although it is your right, banning someone without even speaking to them is usually considered rude.
