David, Looks like we have something besides the Waltons in common -- orphan brand automobiles. I have always loved old autos, particularly Packards. While I have had several Packards, the only antique car I own now is my first car, a '48 Plymouth. I am sorry that I can't help you in getting your cars in the movies. You've got to be in the right place at the right time - e.g., owning a late '40s or early 50s car and living in southern Indiana at the time the movie "Hoosiers" is being filmed. Most states and large cities have film commissions. You might check with the film commissions in your area to find out how they obtained old cars for on location shoots. The national Hudson club may also be able to furnish you with leads. Good luck on your quest and keep the old cars running!
