Subject: Episode Question

I am looking for two specific episodes and could not find them in the episode details on this forum. I hope someone out there could help. The first is the one where Olivia and John become foster parents. At then end of the episode the baby is adopted and Olivia has a hard time letting go. The second episode I'm looking for is when Ben wins a writing contest and his story is going to be published. He is worried about telling John-boy. Please let me know what season and episode these are.
