We had a friend whose older brother was Joe but his father's
name was Joseph so they called the son Sonny Boy from the time he was a child. It later became embarrasing when he
grew older---what made it worse is that his sister was named
after her mother Jane{her middle name}--(her mother gave her the first name
Lelia after someone she had known in the distant past)--but
because they might also call her Jane they gave her the nick
name "Little Sister"
