Kristi, I also have cingular. When you go to their website and click on ringtones there will be (I think on the left) a place that says check phone compatibility. Then click on your phone brand and then model number of your phone. You can then do a search for ringtones that are compatible. When you find the one you want just click the "buy" button. They will ask for your phone number and they will also check to see if your phone will work. In a couple of minutes you get a message on your phone asking if you want to download. If you agree it instantly is on your phone. On your phone you will have to go to your menu and change your current tone to the new one. At least that is the way I did mine. On my next phone bill I was charged $2.49. When I got my new phone several months ago, some of the ringtones weren't up to date for that phone, but became available shortly after. What kind of phone do you have?
