I remember the boys in our area tying the june bugs, and the girls catching lightning bugs in the summer, we walked to the store and got peanuts in brown paper candy bags, and bubble gum ,like Gina mentioned. Ate watermelon and then saw who could spit the seeds the farthest. I have milked a cow and to say the least was not very good at it.I remember making mud pies and putting leaves on top for decorations and pebbles too. My grandma lived on a corner in town and when we were there, she would let us set up a lemonade stand and sell it. That was alot of fun.
