Subject: Introduction of Cora Beth?

I've just finished Season 2 and am starting on Season 3. I see that in The Caretakers, Ike is already married to Cora Beth.

What happened to the episode introducing her? I clearly remember John and Olivia going with Ike and Cora Beth out to dinner, then the romanace between them blossemed, resulting in marriage.

Was that a "special" and not included in Season 2 or did I somehow miss something?
