Subject: How about posting some of your questions/speculations, just to get the discussion going? For me, the end of Haunted Soldier left me in much the same frame of mind as BOTB with regard to the relationship between Lord John and Jamie, and where they go from here. Interesting to see LJ struggling with the same questions we talked about at length when BOTB came out: his shock and regret over the incident in the stable, his guilt over the Ardsmuir flogging, and most of all, how to re-establish any sort of relationship with Jamie? I am now more eager for SCOTTISH PRISONER than ever.
In reply to: teddie 's message, "Good Morning! I have completed my typical "burn-through" of the new book, just as I have done with all of DGs novels upon first read. Now my plan is to do a leisurely re-read so that I can truly absorb the plot and events. Many awesome moments of "Succubus" and "Haunted Soldier" did not escape my notice, though. Questions, ruminations, and speculations are swirling in my head about now; so I eagerly awaiting the discussions here!" on 07:11:20 12/02/07 Sun
