Subject: I think it was scary, the Duchess showing up all alone to confront her husband's killer, with all her "evidence" right there for him to take. It was foolish and reckless. Even with a gun she could have been overpowered and killed if he'd actually shown up. I also think it was terrible of John, not telling Hal all those years that their father had been murdered. Hal had a right to have known that at least. I can't imagine why John wouldn't have. I guess it was important to the plot, I feel it wasn't like him at all.
