I started re-reading it this week and loved it even more than I did the first time through. I hope it OK to talk about it here. It is called The Jacobite Trilogy, and it is ALL about brotherhood, honor among soldiers, and gentlemen. It is all about Ewen Cameron, a VERY Jamie like character you will LOVE! It was written in the 20s by a woman, D.K. Broster who graduated from a ladies' College then went on to "read history" at Oxford.
