Funny how you self described democrats (a.k.a. liberal) will “fight” to ban this and that (SUV’s), or fight to stop others from banning this or that (i.e. abortion). You would make a fine dictator Mike. Of course I would fight to stop you. Mike, if you want to be a real Democrat, I suggest you re-examine the definition of “democracy” and work to find real solutions to real problems.

These are very complicated issues; you will not find the solution on a bumper sticker, or a mandate. Ben’s idea of testing for example, would suggest only the “poor” are bad drivers. Heck, if you really want people to drive safely, I suggest banning all safety regulations. Ban seatbelts and Airbags, Drive Unsafely and Die! Now that’s a bumper sticker I would put on my Volvo, right next to “Stupid People Should Not Breed.
