It surprises me that I was not alone in my eccentric upbringing. Quite a few lads such as yourself were brought up in a similar manner to me.

Even when I was not in my tiny kilts I had to wear very childish short trouser outfits into my very late teens and older. I used to be put in little bib shorts. These were very small and snug around my bottom. They always had cross braces at the back. I always wore them with white pelerine socks and flat Mary Jane one strap sandals.

My sandals also had to be polished correctly (By me) the pattern on my pelerine socks had to be in a straight line and the straps on my shortalls were always adjusted so they were as snug as possible.

When I was in my kilts, the flat panel had to be square to the front of me with the pleats even on each side. My high cut rumba panties had to be adjusted so my buttocks were bare and visible under my "kilt".

Like you if I was not correctly turned out I was chastised sometimes over my mothers lap. Sometimes when we were out the back of my kilt would be lifted up and my buttocks smacked.
