Ever since I can remember, with the help of repeated readings (almost the point of the ridiculous ;)) of every 'horse related' book that I could find growing up, to work on a horse ranch, doing anything that they'd let me do just to actually be there, was such a dream of mine. I think it still is, in a way, in that place where dreams don't die ;). They still make me cry spontaneously just to look at them sometimes, just so beautiful and special; I hate that there were dumb-ass and mean-spirited people involved who would have ever made you feel bad about that, and I envy and admire Teenage Holly, Law School Holly, and Mom Holly :)
