OOC: Posts will be hopefully more often done than before, but still not daily most likely. Work with me, please?

Johan sighed as he looked at his wife, "Lashana, I have to go check on Hogoromo... horrible things seem to happen when I am away, and I'm growing concerned," He said softly, causing Lashana to nod... the woman understood his compassion for the forgottens, that he couldn't just stand by and do nothing.
He had finally explained that he felt it was evil for those who have power to stand by and do nothing, and she understood.
"Go, Quistlas, but.. stay safe," She said, though she knew that Johan, now somewhat more important and the unnofficial weaponmaster of Hogoromo, (mostly because he hadn't publicly admitted that he was the official weaponmaster) was never safe, rather, he was recklessly, even stupidly brave.
It was one of his more endearing traits...
Almost a day later, Johan arrived in Hogoromo to find it diminished, his eyes widening at the place that seemed almost a ghost town. He blurred, and appeared in front of one of his officers, who fell backwards at the appearance of the grimfaced warrior who had trained the knights to be a formiddable force.
"What happened here," He said softly, and the knight, recovering from shock, began to tell the tale, hesitating whenever Johan's eyes narrowed... the story ended with the apparent assasination of Emillia.
"I see, so that elf and the captain... and many of our knights? I will forgive the knights," He said flatly, his tone making it clear the knight captain and Kyira were both marked, in the face of Emillia's recent assasination, he intended to settle things in blood.
Almost immediately, he flew, and flew swiftly, probably one of the fastest forgottens of non-icewind heritage, he swiftly caught up to Damuthca, and his knights, and landed even more swiftly.
The knights were disconcerted by his appearance, especially as now they saw him in something he had never worn before.
A white cloak of Hogoromo... he had officially claimed title as weaponmaster, and was swiftly approaching the knight captain, several Escalvone seemed inclined to step in his path, but he stared them down, "I will have business with Damuthca shortly, however, Treason has been committed against clan and city, Sacred oaths violated... stay out of this, its not your concern," He said, and surprisingly... they did.
"Captain, you have violated your oath as a knight, deserting and inciting desertion. You are sentenced to death, along with Kyira," He said to the man.. Kyira's lover.
The former knight captain knew there was no way out, and drew his blade, knowing that if he were to have ANY chance, it would be in battle.
Unfortunately for him, the imagined chance was just that; imagined. Johan neatly backstepped away from teh wingspin, which was, though adept from his training, expected. Then he stepped in the moment he had an opening, and, before it seemed that he had even drawn a blade, he had sheathed his blade and the former knight captain lay dead on the ground, a clean wound in his chest that, if traced through, would show it cut cleanly through the heart and angled to shear through the spine.
The former knight captain had died instantly, and practically painlessly.
Turning and keeping an eye out for Kyira, he yelled to the knights who stared at their weaponmaster awestruck, "Know this... I am Johan Damongrave of the family Damongrave, weaponmaster of Hogoromo. Many of you left because of discontent under the misguided rule of our former regent. Know that the former regent is dead. She was murdered." He said, though it pained him to have to use this as a tool to bring the knighthood back to Hogoromo, along with families that had left.
"I promise you, I will personally act to protect the people of Hogoromo, should another such reign seem to begin. Please return to the place you called home, and help to rebuild it, for the sake of those who have fought, died, and protected the holy city," He said, reminding them of the recent troubles... but in a way that made them look askance at each other, some shuffling their feet nervously.
Many... very many began to pick up and turn around to head back to Hogoromo. The majority in fact, was headed for home.
But Kyira, sneaky though she might be, would never make it home.
Johan was hunting.
