 Tyrsis sighed as she reached the edge of the wall, garnet wings unfolded and she gently propelled herself to join the regent. She sat beside her, uninvited and not asking for invitation.

Slender fingers softly wiped away the last remnants of encrusted jewels near Emillia's eyes, then golden eyes joined their vigilant watch over the sky.
