...and I am not the only former Newburgher down here. Just down the street live Frank and Carol Bivona Nocilla. Both were born in Newburgh or New Windsor and graduated from NFA in the late 1960's, and Frank taught Economic History and English at, first, NJHS, and for many years at NFA in the 1980's and 90's. Carol worked for many years at the Board of Education on Grand Street. How we discovered each other is a story in itself.
