I have been to Beaufort in 1985 for a graduation at the USMC base. What we saw of the city we thought was very nice. Of course everything was frozen since it was so cold. We were wearing winter coats on the beach. My daughter was ill so we even went to the hospital. There is more to do there than my small town. So enjoy Beaufort, as I said it is a nice place to be.
