Subject: PMR446, GMRS and FRS

Hi,

Im completly new to 2 way radios. However I am looking at getting the Moto 5532 or 5920. The question is why is the 5920 not available in France? Also, whats stopping me from using PMR446 GMRS FRS radios where they are not authorised?
