Subject: One thing i want to know about walkie talkies....

Hi
I live in the UK and was wondering about if i could use a walkie talkie to broadcast my own "Mini Radio Station". I know this is posible but i do not know if its leagel? I know that dew to copy right laws i would have to make my own matiral but i do not know if it is leagel. Any help???
