Sounds like the more you're aware of coldness around you, the more you're aware of the warmth and love within yourself.

You're a brave woman.

I remember a couple of years ago when I was stinging from a break up, having opened my heart and gotten dumped like a sack of potatoes. I met a woman at a shop and for some reason told her about my heartache. She said to me, "sometimes you reach out your hand and it gets taken and other times when you reach it out it gets slapped. No matter what, we still have to keep reaching our hand out."

I want you to know that we're always here to take your hand when you reach out.
