Desiree hope things are getting better for you and your medical ordeals, But we always knew you were a pain in the NECK ..LOL iam only kidding love you honey. i do want you to know iam praying for you and postive reults soon. here is update on Eddie , his blood has thinned out way too much , its like water flowing in the veins right now. not sure how long it will take to get it thickened. so he was been orderd to stay down except for potty and dr appt's , he can not be left alone at all in case he starts bleeding when shaving or from a stumped toe. please keep us in your prayers, all which have helped more then anyone knows , the Lord has been good to my family even though we have and are having some rough times this year. A little update from Casa De Leonard.... All is well on our end of town. Rather boring compared to some of my royal counter-parts... Madison and Makayla got a puppy last week. Her name is Ambie and she is a Chiuahua..(taco bell dog..haha) they LOVE her and she is really sweet. Makayla is playing soccer and scored her first goal last Sat. She was so proud. Both girls got report cards on Tuesday and both did very well. I do have some sad news...one of the officers that worked for me died on Friday 10/7 in a car accident. He was young and leaves behind two small children. His family needs our prayers..He was an only child and his father just passed away on 9/21. His funeral service is tomorrow at noon. Keep his fellow officers in your thoughts as well they have been requested to be pallbearers and they are all taking this rather hard. Thats all for now. Love and Kisses all...XOXOXO -- LT. I know that I am a little late in responding to your post, but all has been a bit crazy in my neck of the woods...not as rough as what all is happening in the Taylors residents but still a little rough...I just wanted to post on here that the officer and his family will surely be in my prayers, I know that we all know first hand what his mother, family and children are all going through and my heart goes out to them all especially thouse babies who no longer have a Daddy...but my familes prayers will be with them all. update about Eddie's surgery. He went last Friday and had 26 staples out & cast, starts thearphy in am, Dr found aBIG tear in his arm which why all the pain & trouble. HOPEFULLY he will be back at work by October 1st BUT he will only be back as working 2 days aweek and 3 in PT Still goes back to Dr 23 with foot Things here have been CRAZY with Eddie, getting kids back in school and Lane in fall ball with his batting lessonsMom & Daddy have been staying with us to help me i have been SO THANKFUL for with out their help i ould not get any sleep nor household chores at this point, i did have to take time off from teaching my Wed night class, that was hard but something i had to do, i will take my class back in Dec. could be sooner if Eddie does reallt great with the healing, He at this point cant even drive,( Left arm had surgey a& cant move or grip & right foot in fracture walking boot) thank you for all the prayers and please continue them. -- RB, 19:03:47 08/21/05 Sun

Ryan (Eddie & Lynn's middle son) is in Fla playing in the World Series w/ his haseball team. They won 10-4 today and will play tomorrow at 10:30 am. WOW!!! I meant to update you all about Eddie and his arm. He has now been taking off the physical thearphy and now awaits his next surgery on August 12th at 9am. The recoupe time will be 12 weeks(atleast, please put us in your prayers.. hahaha) they will be cutting 3 cuttings on top of forearm right below the elbow, it will be a radial realease and dont know EXACTLY whatelse it will involve.. I will update as we go, he will go back Auguat 18th for rechecl after surgery then will start occupational theraphy after that. Aunt Sandie sorry kids will not make VBS , Today was first day of school for Ken & Lane and i have a meetinf at church tuesday for childrens minstery(which iam will continue teaching again this year) and then my Wed night class. Awww, the new pics look great Aunt Sandie, good work..:0) We went to Baton Rouge for the 4th and had a WONDERFUL time, all we did was lay on a blanket on the levee and watch the boats go up and down the Mississippi River they were having all kinds of 4th of July festitivies including a live band that played all day, so the kids danced to the music and chase one another, it was great to just relax and do NOTHING, they started to get restless around 8:45, the fireworks were supposed to start at 9:00 and once they started it had Olivias undevided attention...it was funny one minute she was fussing cause she was tired and then BOOM and she shut up real quick, I dont think that she even blinked. But we had a great day and the kids were asleep before we ever got home and they slept all night. I hope everyone else had a great and safe 4th. Happy 4th of July my little family.....we are planning to goto Baton Rouge to watch the fireworks overlooking the MIssissippi River, I cant wait to watch the girls reaction, especially Olivia , I dont think that she has ever really seen fireworks before and Hannah has never seen them to the full extent of what we are gonna see tonight, so we are very excited. But I wish that I were home to spend it with you all, I will forever remember us all going camping on that little island about 5 yrs ago. The pot lid hitting Lane in the head will forever be embedded in my mind (sry Lane), and of having to do our buisness in a bucket and also of Stormy finding a spider in her tent and me coming to the rescue only to find that it was the size of my hand and I graciously handed that duty on to Travis....lol I hope that you all have a safe and happy holiday and I will see you all on the 18th...woohoo. What a beautiful song. At our small group meeting tonight we didn’t have our study we had a night or prayer and it was so powerful. You know there are hurt, sickness and need everywhere we turn and we seem to forget. Just in our group. Everyone with the exception of two couples there were major problems. Then last week his mother was driving to the mailbox on wed and forgot how to drive saw Dr on Thursday and could not remember how to take her shirt off. They found she had cancer of both lungs and it had spread to her brain. Best-case scenario if she has radiation on her brain and chemo on the lungs she has about 18 months to live. Dads in Makensie TN and moms in Jackson at the hospital. 1 hour away. So to say the least there life has stopped. So we are so fortunate to be where we are at as a family. Happy Birthday Robert. Lane's ball team won their first tournament game this evening (14-7), next game is Friday Night at 7:30 pm , if they win that game they will play again sometime on Saturday, of course we have no time frame until if we win or not, it may be we would miss family nite or be late, just depends. Well MacKensie is in Girl Scout Day Camp all week (out in Woodbury) She will stay Thursday night there for a camp out , she is having a blast and learning cool things. I wanted to post this message to all of my wonderful royal family that surprised me for my birthday and a few weeks later. It really makes me feel good to know that my family cares about me so much, I dont think that I am ever gonna forget the feeling that I felt when I walked into Cracker Barrell and saw my Moma and Daddy sitting at the table. It really means alot that you Steph took off of work and your girls missed some school just to come and see me and Stormy well lets just say it worked wonders for us both...I got to see you and you got a much needed break/vacation, and also Maw Maw thank you for surprising me also. This has been an exhausting but memorable month and I just wanted to say that I Love You all for it, from the deepest part of my heart THANK YOU! We love our new home, I am still trying to get all of our stuff unpacked. Hannah is doing wonderful, she was able to return back to her normal activities and also return to school on Mon , we should be able to have the stapels removed Wed, as for the royal army...I dont think that is going to be nessessary, it was Hannahs best friend and it was an accident. Makayla went to the doctor today...She has an upper resp infection and what he hopes to be an ear infection. He wasnt very sure about the ears due to the fact that they are not bothering her. He thinks it is infection that was just caught early however he isnt ruling out the fact that it could be a syst on her eardrum. She goes back in 2 weeks to have it re-checked. He does assure us we shouldnt panic and worry it isnt anything we cant take care of and he doesnt seem overly concerned for now. As for the rest of us....we are all feeling a bit puny..Joe was sent home from work 2 days in a row and I feel like POO!!! but still working away just the same. Cant wait to see all on Saturday. Happy Easter To You All !! Eddie went back to dr yesterday and they removed his cast and staples , stitches are still in for now should come out next week. He started physical theraphy also will contiune until seeing dr again 4-14-05 , next surgery will be shceduled then also . He is still in some pain and is limited with use of arm still. Hope you all have a great gathering we will be wishing we were there to. but between church ,egg hunts for kids , baseball practice starting up and Eddie cant drive. Dinner will be HAM, and the QUEEN MOTHER is providing it - All we have to do is bring vegetables and desserts......SO....Everybody write what they want to bring for dinner HERE ON THE FORUM and that way we will all know who is bringing what, and can plan accordingly! It's your choice, so let us know what you will be bringing!
The TRIVIA will be on 'March'!

I am busy working on a new design for our Family Nite Crew website front page, and have loaded some back logged pictures up for new photo galleries.

wanted to let you all know that MacKensie will start selling Girl Scout Cookies January 1, 2005 be ready to BUY .Ken has a pen-pal in Iraq Toni ( Mike James ) wife,got letter today and it was interesting she was so excited. Ken's Troop has adopted them for holidays and putting together a care package , they will be getting a really nice packeage and letters from them.a brighter note talked to Eddie ( who is in FLA ) his trip isnt going great , the weather ruined the condo they were to be in and are in Holiday Inn Select or as he put in The Roach Motel ..lol. sorry but it was very funny . ok have a great week tomorrow iam sitting home and napping , have been running the past few days from time kids go to school and after they get home until about 9 - 10 pm . Friday i go to my Dr at 8:30 am recheck , so hopefully all will be great . have a great week and i will talk with you all later ..
